 TERMS AND CONDITIONS


We will provide to Companies eligible and suitable candidates for the final interview subject to following terms and conditions.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

  1. Candidates suiting to Companies requirements will be sent for final interview on the day mutually fixed by us.
  2. Clients (employer) will confirm us in writing about the appointment of any candidate and the remuneration offered by Companies after he/she joins Company's organization.

 

PROFESSIONAL CHARGES:

**GROSS SALARY includes:

  a) Total amount payable to an employee, inclusive of perquisites such as HRA, BONUS, LTA, MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT etc.
  b) Valuation of motor - car / vehicle, if provided for the use by employee, Rs 1000 p.m. shall be considered.
  c) Where company provide house of its own, the actual rent of house or 60% of basic salary whichever if higher will be taken into consideration for billing purpose
    + SERVICE CHARGES of the concern appointee which should be paid within 15 days of joining your establishment
  2. Additional professional fee with prior mutual understanding will be charged for HEAD HUNTING.
  3. In case the client decides to suspend the selection process midway, all expenses (including advertisement charges, (if any) + service charges @ Rs 2000 per position shall be reimbursed to us to compensate for the time & effort spent by us, within 10 days from the date of bill raised by us).

If any candidate sent by us interviewed and subsequently rejected by Company is found to be appointed on any day within the period of one year from the date of interview you shall have to pay the required amount of consultation fee stated in the above said clause.

 

GENERAL:
  1. The payment should be made on production of our bill.
  2. The scope of our professional services shall cease immediately upon your appointment of the candidate.
  3. Any candidate referred by us and selected by Company will be deemed as our placement irrespective of whether he has been referred by any other agency or located through any other source or selected for the position other than that for which he has been referred by us.
  4. Expenses incurred by us for conducting interviews out of town including travel, hotel or incidental expenses plus trunk calls, telex, telegrams, fax etc will be charged at cost.
  5. Candidates called from out-station location for interviews, at the client behest, will be reimbursed to & from journey expenses by Company organization.
  6. Copies of all communications to candidates including interview call letters should be sent to us for follow up.
  7. Full particulars of offer made to candidates should be conveyed to us to ensure commitment of our candidate to join Company organization.
  8. A duly undersigned copy of this letter shall constitute as a valid contract between yourself and us.

All disputes are subjected to Faridabad jurisdiction.
